Game Day & Event Responsibilities Assist in game-day group hosting, check-ins, event coordination, and problem resolution. Represent the team at community events, networking functions, and business expos to promote group opportunities. Participate in theme nights, promotional activations, and special initiatives as needed. Administrative & Team Duties Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions, leads, and sales progress. Work collaboratively with ticket operations, marketing, and game presentation to fulfill group experiences. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals established by leadership. Special Events Plan, coordinate, and execute all non-game day events held at the ballpark Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event completion Develop event timelines, floor plans, staffing plans, and operational run-of-show documents Coordinate with internal departments including operations, grounds crew, security, concessions, and marketing Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring events meet client expectations and venue standards Oversee vendors such as caterers, decorators, AV providers, rental companies, and entertainers Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permitting requirements, and venue policies Assist in creating event proposals, contracts, and post-event reports Monitor event budgets, invoices, and revenue tracking Conduct site tours and assist with event sales efforts when needed Troubleshoot issues on-site and make real-time decisions during events Represent the organization in a professional manner to clients, vendors, and community partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR equivalent sales experience. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal). Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season. Preferred Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality sales. Familiarity with CRM systems. Background in cold-calling and relationship-based selling.
