Overview The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for exceeding revenue goals in assigned market segments and accounts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and soliciting new and repeat accounts. Qualifications Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in hotel sales required Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Preferred Experience: Luxury/Upper Upscale Lifestyle experience In-depth knowledge of the Deer Valley market Experience with Hilton systems and processes Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry reporting, regulations, and best practices Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
