What you will do here:

+ Inform and identify current skills, knowledge and processes to identify strengths and areas for development in functional areas to achieve business goals

+ Lead and develop a team of project managers, instructional designers, enablement specialists, and strategic planners

+ Design the development, delivery and training of onboarding, continuing education and effective playbooks in tight collaboration with functional areas, area operations leads, education team peers, and marketing

+ Collaborate and conduct analysis of the current state of sales productivity to achieve high value results in conjunction with Operations team

+ Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing productivity

+ Develop and manage a 12-18 month enablement roadmap

The Director, Sales Training & Enablement will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering a learning framework for the Sodexo Healthcare sales organization in the US. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations and supporting all Sales leadership and sales team members this leader will develop and execute a development blueprint to drive better Sales Executive "time to effectiveness," improve defined selling skills and build a sustainable framework for continuous learning (from onboarding to later tenure development).

Primary Responsibilities Include:

* Develop a robust training framework for commercial team that's mapped to the Sodexo sales process (focus on Sales Executive knowledge, skills, and behaviors) with a complementary implementation strategy
* Train and/or organize training on core selling skills and domain expertise required
* Refine commercial development blueprint for scalability and sustainability
* Deliver and evaluate onboarding sessions for new commercial hires
* Curate a knowledge management framework including but not limited to an plan for learning, technology solution for organizing development/training content, and providing periodic updates to ensure relevance and alignment
* Ensure training materials are up-to-date and stay current on all offer updates, launches, and key company initiatives
* Ensure training developed and delivered meets the needs of the commercial organization. Create framework to evaluate sales team performance to ensure training programs are successful
