Job Summary: The Manager of Revenue Strategy oversees pricing, revenue forecasting, and sales performance analysis to maximize ticketing and premium revenue across all products. This role manages data infrastructure, develops reporting dashboards, and provides actionable insights that inform pricing decisions, sales strategy, and long-term revenue planning. The position partners closely with Ticket Operations, Finance, and Business Intelligence to optimize revenue streams and ensure data integrity across systems. Primary Job Duties: The Manager, Revenue Strategy will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: Analytics and Pricing Strategy: Partner with Ticket Operations to design and maintain the pricing code framework used to drive accurate reporting and revenue analysis. Architect and manage the structure in SQL. Monitor sales performance, identify key trends, and collaborate with Sales to develop data-driven strategies. Evaluate secondary market trends; communicate pricing and inventory management implications to key stakeholders. Conduct inventory and revenue scenario modeling to support short-term planning and tracking to long-term revenue targets. Conduct price tier analysis and implement variable pricing; build and maintain a dynamic pricing model to optimize revenue. Audit and submit required league pricing reports. Benchmark reporting and analysis. Develop proactive business plans to support other departments. Reporting and Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards for revenue and sales performance. Support other league and internal reporting requirements. Data Management & Infrastructure Work with data engineering to optimize and maintain data feeds. Develop and optimize SQL-based reporting databases by creating and maintaining lookup tables, views and other structures that enables scalable reporting and advanced analytics. Build, maintain and troubleshoot the SQL-based contract management system. League Reporting & Compliance Collaborate with league counterparts to validate and communicate ticket reporting logic, ensuring the organization is accurately represented in league-wide standardized reporting and benchmarking. Support league audits and compliance with league revenue policies and reporting rules. Cross-Departmental Support Support other departments by automating and analyzing processes and reports as needed. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required; preference for a major in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics Experience: At least five (5) years of full-time, professional experience with at least three (3) years of experience building pricing models preferred Proficiency with SQL development Experience with Power BI and Visual Basic preferred Experience with Python preferred At least one year of experience supervising staff preferred Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, manage both up and down, all with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, consultants, and vendors Excellent business communication skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and drive to improve Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
