For the OTC market, we provide a wide variety of affordable medications to treat allergies and upper respiratory symptoms, minor aches and pains, constipation and more.

To meet the unique needs of retail chains and independent pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities and government agencies, PAI offers standard bottle packaging and ready-to-dispense packaging. In fact, PAI was the first independent manufacturer to develop vertically-integrated unit dose (UD) packaging, and the first to offer complete lines of hard-to-find liquid products in both out-patient and UD packaging.

Provides technical expertise and project management for commercial oral liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging during development of new products, transfer of existing and new products and changes to existing products. Working closely with Process Development, Quality and Operations, manages technology transfer projects to ensure all aspects of technology transfer projects are successfully executed. Track and coordinate project milestones related to raw materials, equipment readiness, analytical testing, process information, and manufacturing documents to initiate and complete batches per the production schedule. Establishes systems to manage process information and for data analytics used for investigations and process optimization. Supports the successful design, qualification, and startup of manufacturing and packaging operations serving as a process equipment expert in equipment selection and will be hands on solving issues during startup and subsequent operations. This duty is performed weekly, about 75% of the time. Strategically anticipates and monitors requirements of technical solutions before roll out. Ensure that the process is capable of achieving control limits and specifications. Investigate, identify root cause, and identify CAPA for manufacturing deviations. Authors technical reports and protocols in support of cGMP activities. Coordinates sampling plans for GMP batches related to lot release, stability, and characterization.
Education and Experience:
Four-year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, agriculture etc., Plus 9 to 10 years related experience and/or training, 5 years related management experience, Equivalent combination of education and experience.
