In fact, PAI was the first independent manufacturer to develop vertically-integrated unit dose (UD) packaging, and the first to offer complete lines of hard-to-find liquid products in both out-patient and UD packaging.

Provides technical expertise and project management for commercial oral liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging during development of new products, transfer of existing and new products and changes to existing products. Executes to project timelines and budgets. Requires hands-on experience in Process Engineering, Process Validation, Drug Product Stability, and Analytical Method Development involving liquids and suspension products. Is able to perform duties related to pilot/scale-up and commercial batch manufacturing while collaborating across internal departments and clients.

Required Skills/Abilities: Provides leadership and technical support for technical transfer of new products into the plants and for process improvement for existing products. Identifies key opportunities for process improvements and implements them proactively. Supports project activities involving supplemental NDAs, CBEs, prior approval supplements, and regulatory responses. Working closely with Process Development, Quality and Operations, manages technology transfer projects to ensure all aspects of technology transfer projects are successfully executed. Track and coordinate project milestones related to raw materials, equipment readiness, analytical testing, process information, and manufacturing documents to initiate and complete batches per the production schedule. Establishes systems to manage process information and for data analytics used for investigations and process optimization. Supports the successful design, qualification, and startup of manufacturing and packaging operations serving as a process equipment expert in equipment selection and will be hands on solving issues during startup and subsequent operations. This duty is performed weekly, about 75% of the time. Strategically anticipates and monitors requirements of technical solutions before roll out. Ensure that the process is capable of achieving control limits and specifications. Investigate, identify root cause, and identify CAPA for manufacturing deviations. Authors technical reports and protocols in support of cGMP activities. Coordinates sampling plans for GMP batches related to lot release, stability, and characterization.
Education and Experience:
Four-year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, agriculture etc., Plus 9 to 10 years related experience and/or training, 5 years related management experience, Equivalent combination of education and experience.

As a Director of Technical Services , you will lead a team of engineers to design technical implementations for our clients and report to the VP, Client Success. As an expert in health IT interoperability standards, including IHE and HL7 FHIR, you and your team will improve the customer experience for onboarding, implementations, and integration into complex technical stacks. Identify and maximize technical services opportunities and provide an environment of continuous improvement.

• Create documentation, both internal and external, to improve the implementation and support of products and services

• Maintain Service Desk Service Level Agreements including escalating and steering resolution of compliance issues
• Work with multi-team technical resources and partners to ensure systems function within agreed upon parameters and manage outages

• 8+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years leading client-facing teams to build, test, and troubleshoot integrations
• Build the technical support team to deliver Health Gorilla products and services meeting customer expectations
• Knowledge of interoperability standards, including IHE, FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA

Crestron has an exciting opportunity for a customer-facing, partner focused UC & AV solution lead. This is an Individual Contributor role where you will own the technical field engagement model reporting to the Director of Technical Sales. As a Technical Director, you will be the technology advocate for our Service Providers in North America, providing technology updates, demonstrating new products, software, and features, and liaising with other internal departments on their behalf. In this role, you will influence the sale, deployment, and adoption of Crestron technology solutions.

+ Dedicated technical sales resource for Crestron Service Providers.

+ Provide ongoing needs analysis, uncover opportunities and document in Salesforce based on interactions with Service Providers, end-users and dealer integrators.
