Role Description:
Sage Investco is seeking a Director of Private Equity for our team, with the role located in Newport Beach, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work when needed.
The Director of Private Equity will lead the EQUITY INVESTMENTS raising efforts for syndication into the Company's numerous Real Estate Projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, well connected professional in the realm of Commercial Real Estate, WITH EXISTING INVESTORS: High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, and Accredited investors.
Familiarity with Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ), Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOF), Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST), Private Investment funds and/or Private REITS is a big plus.
Qualifications:
Local to Southern California preferred.
Able to prepare and modify Offering Memorandums and Proforma analysis
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience within private equity or Real Estate investment with a demonstrated track record of success.
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop detailed financial models and projections of investment opportunities.
Ability to create Offering Memorandums, Pro-forma, and review Legal documents along with the company's attorneys.
Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be proactive, independently manage multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines.
**Initial role will be commission-based; upon demonstrated ability to bring investors and successfully close the first deal, opportunity to transition into a salaried Director of Equity position.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Senior Director of Benefits is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive benefits strategy, the design, and administration of all associates benefit programs that supports organizational goals and enhances associate experience. This role ensures that benefits offerings are competitive, innovative, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with the company's Total Rewards philosophy and business objectives. The Senior Director will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent in the industry.

The Senior Director will report to the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and will interact frequently with Executives across the Company.
The base salary range for this role is $152,200 - $241,700. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Evaluate new programs and market trends for potential application to Ross. Assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against industry standards and comparable companies to ensure competitive positioning of benefits programs.
• Establish annual priorities and overall benefits strategic direction, ensuring that all benefits and retirement programs are aligned with the Company's annual and long-term strategic objectives. Provide the tactical strategy to implement new benefits programs and ensure efficient ongoing operations of existing programs.
• Lead and develop team of benefits professionals focused on health and welfare, wellness, and retirement programs strategy, design and administration.
• Partner in selection and management of relationships with vendors, brokers and carriers, including monitoring of cost, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data.
o Monitor administrative costs and pricing of benefit programs and recommend cost-containment strategies.
o Evaluate effectiveness of medical management and other benefits programs.
• Oversee outsourced administration and operations of benefit and retirement plan.
• Oversee the effective communication of the Company's employee benefits plans and programs to optimize impact and understanding.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA etc.; keep up-to-date on legal and legislative issues related to all benefit and retirement plans and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory requirements.

Position Summary
The Director - Precision Medicine Initiatives is a senior sales role primarily responsible for establishing growth within an assigned geographic area through new account acquisition focusing on Pathology and the Hospital Laboratory Operation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7+ years in oncology diagnostic sales and a deep understanding of tumor profiling, oncology practices, pathology practices and strong prospecting skills.
The Director, Precision Medicine Initiatives will be expected to interact with Laboratory Medical Directors, Pathologists, and Laboratory Professionals as necessary, and this interaction will take place, but is not limited to, hospitals, laboratories, the oncology clinic, and hospital administration to assist in the procurement of biopsies for diagnostic assessment.
Job Responsibilities
Sells oncology services and products such as Molecular Intelligence to Pathology and Laboratories.
Provides business solutions to hospital and laboratory professionals.
Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for assigned territory.
Provides project management as assigned and in line with VP of Precision Medicine expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Utilize market oncology understanding and experience while discussing the healthcare payer environment and its impact on physicians and ancillary providers.
Billing/Reimbursement support as it relates to patients, practices and hospital customers.
Understand information technology and how it interfaces with physician office systems. Able to demo different technology solutions, i.e. Portal, EMR connectivity and TC/PC, and advise on hardware & software to enhance work flow efficiencies.
Advises VP of Precision Medicine on relevant client or market concerns.
Provide regular visibility for VP of Precision Medicine on industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
Develops and maintains "core" knowledge of competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing issues.
Provides necessary and appropriate post-sales service to accounts, utilizing each opportunity to discover and pursue additional business.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with key personnel in assigned accounts as related to support ongoing issues, and escalate support issues when customer satisfaction is jeopardized.
Maintain all assigned company assets including laptop computer, PDA, etc.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Possess high degree of understanding the client relationship with physicians, their needs, and how we can provide service and technology solutions for their pathology needs.
Possess strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention and molecular laboratory science.
A working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response is a major advantage.
Possess strong working knowledge of the billing and reimbursement laboratory landscape to be a resource to the customer.
Deep relationships with and access to pathology and laboratory professionals is a must.
Strong knowledge of and access to regional hospital systems.
Proficient computer skills, which must include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. General working knowledge of Internet for business use.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Director, Strategic Initiatives (DSI) provides direct support to the Chief Financial Officer in ensuring that Alliance's Accounting and Finance Team provides high-value services and supports to our schools and meets the requirements of authorizers, funders, lenders, and other external parties. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the DSI is responsible for leading and implementing key initiatives across the Accounting and Finance Team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Manage and lead key strategic projects in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer, and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other team leaders to support Alliance's organizational priority initiatives.
Project manage cross-functional work, especially those requiring rapid-response or other issue resolution; develop project plans and conduct data analyses.
Perform analysis and strategic consultation on Accounting and Finance-related issues impacting the organization. Prepare briefings, memos, or presentations to communicate findings.
Work with the Accounting and Finance Leadership Team to codify critical processes and train department team members to execute independently.

Leadership and Advising
