• Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with clients, attend industry events, and lead team engagements, although frequent travel is not typically expected.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a consulting or technology environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role related to the practice area.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study preferred
8+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy - preferably in dynamic, multi-functional organizations.
Proven experience establishing or scaling a data function from scratch.
Proficiency with SQL, ETL tools, and modern data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
Solid understanding of data governance, pipeline development, and transformation processes
Fluency in turning data into actionable insights and comfortable presenting complex findings to executive audiences
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, etc.)

The Healthcare Policy & Advocacy Director will drive strategic business and local advocacy initiatives to ensure patient access to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) products. In partnership with the National Policy & Advocacy, State Affairs, and the Policy & Strategy teams, the Director will educate, enable, and mobilize, around legislative priorities impacting patient access.
**Responsibilities**
+ Deliver high-impact advocacy partnerships across all oncology, immunology, neuroscience, and the life sciences sector to shape policy, strengthen care pathways, and enable patient access.
+ Develop and execute strategic advocacy plans addressing legislative and payer policy issues that correspond with business priorities.
+ Build, deepen, and grow relationships with advocacy leaders, physician societies, patient organizations, and employer coalitions.

Summary:

Intelligence: The US RIP lead will: 1) Lead the acquisition, analysis, communication, and knowledge management of US regulatory intelligence (RI); 2) Interpret, analyze, and apply US regulatory intelligence to inform strategic decisions of asset teams and leadership, as well as to inform the development of DS policy positions; 3) Lead the strategic development and implementation of an assigned project portfolio (including the development of technology enabled systems, tools, processes, and key performance indicators) for identifying, analysing, and leveraging changes, trends, and other developments in the regulatory landscape, through a global lens, across all key markets where DS operates. The US RIP lead will leverage a wide variety of diverse internal and external sources, databases and networks, to interpret regulatory information into actionable insights that relate to DS's portfolio of development and marketed assets, and synthesize and communicate these findings to relevant cross-functional stakeholders, to help inform future DS regulatory/development strategies, activities and ways of working.
Policy/Advocacy: The US RPI Lead will lead DS regulatory policy and advocacy activities for an assigned portfolio of policy topics. Responsibilities:
Regulatory Intelligence (RI)
- Lead the monitoring, collection, synthesis, analysis, communication, archiving, and retrieval of key regulatory intelligence in a systematic manner for the US region, (and for a limited number of global issue sets driven by US FDA regulatory policy).
- Transform regulatory information into actionable insights specific to Daiichi Sankyo, that will facilitate the rapid and efficient development and approval of Daiichi Sankyo medicines.
- Contribute US regulatory intelligence content and perspective into deliverables (e.g., Quarterly GRIP Insight Reports, Ad Hoc GRIP CoE Alerts Notes; Quarterly Global SOP Committee Updates; and other fora as assigned).
- Deliver insightful, proactive (e.g., from routine monitoring of priority issues) and responsive RI and analysis (e.g., in response to internal asset team and GRA Leadership queries), both through a global lens.
- Leverage RI analyses to inform strategic decisions at both asset and above asset levels (e.g., using external/internal precedence, case studies, statements from regulators, etc.).
- Leverage regulatory intelligence to inform the development and successful execution of Daiichi Sankyo regulatory policy goals.

Prioritization:
- Identify and establish a focused set of US Regulatory Policy priorities for external engagement that are aligned with DS functions and leadership, and will have maximum positive impact on patients and accelerating the delivery of the DS portfolio. Horizon scan for emerging US regulatory policy topics; adjust priorities as needed.
- Lead DS regulatory policy and advocacy activities for assigned portfolio of policy topics.
For assigned issue sets:
- Monitoring Communication: Efficiently and effectively monitor communicate the current pulse of priority issues to Daiichi Sankyo stakeholders via a global lens that includes global context and implications (e.g., briefings to senior leaders, including in advance of trade association interactions). Prepare Daiichi Sankyo teams to efficiently navigate policy/regulatory changes to seize opportunities and to mitigate risk.
- Position Development: Develop US regulatory policy/position papers, in partnership with Daiichi Sankyo subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders internally to ensure a unified voice for subsequent Daiichi Sankyo advocacy. Lead or contribute to development and finalization of DS Global Positions. Potentially serve as both US Global GRIP policy lead on assigned topics.

About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, IT SOX Compliance who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our critical IT systems and data supporting our financial operations. The Associate Director, IT SOX Compliance will be responsible for proactively assessing, implementing, and improving Axsome's IT SOX compliance framework, ensuring all IT risks related to financial reporting are monitored and addressed in a timely fashion. The Associate Director, IT SOX Compliance will be a trusted business partner across finance, Axsome's Information Technology Department, and Axsome's internal and external audit partners. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Finance.
This role is based at Axsome's HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.
Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Own and manage the design, implementation, and testing of IT General Controls in support of Axsome's SOX compliance framework
Develop, implement, improve and maintain Axsome's IT SOX compliance framework across existing and new systems impacting the Axsome organization
Document risks of control design gaps or operational audit findings and areas for process improvements
Prepare narratives, flowcharts, and risk assessment matrices to document control processes, identify risks and mitigate controls
Manage compliance over Axsome's System and Organization Controls audits in support of Axsome's annual audit plan
Collaborate with Axsome's internal and external audit partners, including leading IT walkthroughs and providing necessary documentation, evidence, and support for IT SOX audits and other compliance assessments
Establish and manage IT SOX compliance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent application of controls and best practices
Prepare IT SOX compliance observations, and communicate audit findings to management, along with recommendations for improvement
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CISA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in Process and Information Technology auditing, focused on internal control reviews around IT SOX and IT General Controls
Proficiency in assessing IT general controls, IT application controls, key reports, and SOC reports a must
Experience in IT audit/IT advisory at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) preferred
Ability to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

Experience and Knowledge
Deep understanding of IT control frameworks as they pertain to IT SOX compliance, with a strong emphasis on the COSO framework
Proficiency with Governance, Risk and Compliance tools and technologies used to manage risk and compliance programs, specifically in the context of IT SOX
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Possess a problem-solving mind set with demonstrated “lean-forward” approach and the ability to think critically
Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
Salary and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
