Challenging enviornment with unlimited growth potential. Opprotunities to move upo and around the country as they continue to grow. The people that work there are real. Large company with a winning track record but has that Mom & Pop feel.

Not a con to me, but this can be a physically demanding job. Not a get rich quick career, however you will never have to worry about your check being there every Friday.

Getting to work and play alongside of some of the gresatest people that i have eveer met. Discount Tire has high demands, we don't accept mediocrate.

Cascade philosophy when it comes to training. "If a tire tech needs to know how to do something then our CEO holds himself and the rest of the leadership team ti know as well.

As in any business or relationship, better communication.

First I learned about the company that I was applying for. I was a customer for several years prior to starting my career there.

At Discount Tire you have uncapped earning potential, I don't know of any company that offers that.

i like that my employer works with me on my schedule whenever it is needed, but my coworkers are definitely my favorite part of the job.
