Job Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, integration, and deployment of next-generation SDWAN solutions, including cloud-based management, monitoring, and analytics.
* Analyze complex network design requirements, capture customer intent, anticipate challenges, and mitigate risks to deliver high-performance network products and features.
* Develop detailed designs and documentation, including business, non-functional, and technical requirements, architectural decisions, and use cases.
* Oversee integration of SDWAN solutions into customer infrastructure based on approved architectures. Lead orchestration, management, and virtualization of network services.
* Provide technical discovery, whiteboard solution design, and produce technical documentation for proposals and RFP responses. Create and maintain operational runbooks; serve as Tier 3/Tier 4 escalation engineer.
* Develop and deliver code, configuration files, and test plans based on detailed design documents. Conduct functional testing, resolve errors, and document risk assessments and code changes.
* Support deployment of tested and accepted code/configuration into production environments. Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute deployment plans.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during deployment and migration activities. Provide ad-hoc and ongoing technical training to team members. Define, document, and implement operational procedures.
* Analyze customer requirements and provide technical knowledge for systems integration and solution design. Lead network assessment, pre-migration checks, migration planning and execution, post-migration validation, and handover to operations.
* Support post-migration activities, including troubleshooting and limited customer-facing interactions. Collaborate with engineering and business units to set the current and future direction of network technologies.
* Capture, analyze, and create requirements for systems and products of moderate to high complexity. Provide regular progress updates and develop/implement project plans within budget, schedule, and resource constraints.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
