THE ROLE
As a Product Owner, Senior Analyst, you will support the team's Digital platform(s) for managing fund information and reference data. With the team's assistance, your role will ensure that the digital experiences support our strategic vision. Works in collaboration with Product Owners and Senior Product Owners to efficiently develop and support the Product experience across our Digital Platform. Requires a background with reference data and experience building, enhancing products related to reference data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leads the team responsible for the Product Data section of MFS.com, has a strong understanding of reference data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Serves as the primary communicator between the Product stakeholders and the team, utilizing feedback loops to ensure continuous sharing of information.
Collaborate with the Chief Product Owner to establish and maintain a product roadmap that defines a strategic view of where the marketing product(s) is headed over the mid to long term.
Builds alignment with key stakeholders to secure support for product roadmap and ensure continuous validation of features and stories.
Establish product release plans setting clear expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
Resolve external dependencies and remove impediments to support the team in achieving Sprint and Release Goals.
Participates in scrum ceremonies (Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) and longer-term planning exercises (Road Mapping, Release Planning). Seeks input of Senior Product Owner when necessary.
Continually enhances knowledge of systems, products, and industry.
Participates in the internal Product Owner Community of Practice and other team-sharing forums to exchange knowledge, skills and ideas with people across the organization.
Partners with the ScrumMaster and Senior Product Owner to manage budget. Seeks input from Senior Product Owner when needed to manage and prioritize budget spend.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within asset management, is preferred.
Strong understanding of reference data and digital asset management in a corporate setting.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to new and evolving technology and processes quickly.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe AEM and Seismic.
PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Skills/experience with Adobe Products
Understanding of User experience concepts
Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

Base Salary Range: $76,500.00 - $109,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
