It was a good company to work for till now.
Management and work life balance
25 days of pto from day one
I like the attitude upper management has.
The training was not very good and I felt under prepared before starting my job role at this company.
401k match as well as PTO including holidays.
Great benefits and culture, great campus,
Slow to market, not aggressive, not a great location
Great campus
Great company, great benefits, they take care of you as best they can
the job itself of customer service
tuition reimbursement
Nothing!
Low pay, no room for advancement, management (at all levels) touts wanting employee engagement and feedback but refuses to accept any and still does what they want to do. No support or trust with Human Resources. This company is so censored and controlling when it comes to their employees, it is so disheartening! If management or Human Resources didn't agree with your feedback and you protested against it, they would find many loopholes on how to harass you and retaliate against you. It is just sickening the things that their management and Human Resources staff is able to get away with. So if you value your sanity, do not work for this company!
Nothing!
they care about their employees
work/life balance
they’re very attentive to your needs
I enjoyed working each day there. Friendly people and helpful staff and training was good. Decent benefits and pay was good. I Would recommend to others seeking employment. Was a short commute for me too and it worked out well.
There was a few bad apples there that i necessarily did not get a long with but did not cause any drama at work. Sometimes working a weekend day here and there wasn't the greatest. Breaks could of been a little longer and longer lunch. Just some things to knit pick at I guess, but overall pretty good.
Health Insurance and the 401 k was pretty nice. Worked out well for me having the benefits.
