What You Will Do:
Identify and engage senior-level executives at Enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees), building a robust sales pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives.
Research, develop, and execute a strategic outbound sales plan by mapping out targeted accounts and driving opportunities.
Educate prospective leads on the full suite of ZoomInfo solutions, focusing on how our products solve real pain points within their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Help prospects understand the business impact ZoomInfo can deliver, ensuring your conversations are rooted in their needs and challenges.
Establish strong, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, building confidence in the value ZoomInfo brings.
What You Bring:
1+ year of experience targeting Enterprise-level organizations, demonstrating a strong ability to uncover opportunities and engaging decision-makers.
Demonstrated skill in communicating in a concise and compelling way to senior-level executives across multiple departments.
The ability to assess prospects' needs, personalize your outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities that align with their business challenges.
Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a well-structured prospecting plan that drives results.
An eagerness to understand market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes to improve the effectiveness of your outreach.
Experience with go-to-market (GTM) technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.

This is an in office position, working a minimum of three days per week from our Bethesda, MD office.
The US hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $31.25 per hour + variable compensation + benefits.

What you'll do:
Inbound Lead Engagement
Effectively and quickly respond to inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via phone, email, and chat.
Qualify leads based on customer fit, business needs, and buying signals.

Coordinate and schedule meetings with Account Executives (AEs) to move qualified leads further down the funnel.
Maintain a high speed-to-lead response time and actively monitor lead queues and routing.
Outbound Prospecting & Expansion
Make at least 75 outbound calls per day (while maintaining an omni-channel approach) to target accounts, re-engagement lists, and dormant customers.
Activate net-new and existing clients by clearly communicating the value of Constant Contact's platform.
Overcome objections and build trust with prospects through consultative outreach.
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Reignite underutilized or inactive accounts with relevant messaging and value-driven engagement.
Sales Operations & Continuous Improvement
Log all activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect data in Salesforce CRM.
Use sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach) for efficient outreach and follow-up.
Work with SDR leadership to refine lead scoring models, routing rules, and playbooks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and sales to provide feedback and enhance pipeline quality.
Participate in weekly reviews to assess performance metrics, discuss challenges, and iterate on strategies.
Who You Are:
1-2 years of SDR/BDR or relevant outbound sales experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through cold outreach.

Maintain a rep scorecard to track activity, pipeline health, messaging quality, and conversion metrics.
Develop and enforce best practices for:
Call follow-up and sequencing discipline
Writing effective, value-driven emails
ICP targeting and prospect selection
Correct use of CRM sequences and task management
Conduct regular “call reviews” and “email reviews” with reps, similar to a lead reviewing game tape.
Standardize email templates, call scripts, and prospecting sequences across the team.
Partner with Sales Ops to ensure data hygiene and accurate activity tracking in the CRM.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify underperformance trends and implement targeted leading plans.
Drive adoption of sales messaging and positioning (ensuring reps are telling the C-4 story consistently).
Support onboarding and ramping of new hires with structured training and ongoing leading.
What you'll need to succeed:
3-7 years in sales enablement, inside sales management, or a sales training/leading role.
Strong understanding of prospecting best practices (email, phone, social, sequences).
Experience with CRM systems required.
Ability to listen to calls, review emails, and provide detailed leading on both content and process.
Excellent communication skills - able to lead with candor while earning rep trust.
Data-driven mindset; able to translate activity and pipeline reports into leading action plans.
Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
