What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years medical coding experience
CPC, CCS, RHIT or RHIA Certification
EMR Experience

Position Summary
The Safety Guide plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of technicians while they perform elevated and high-risk tasks, such as working on lifts, installing fiber guides, trapeze, and ladder racks. This role focuses on jobsite safety observation, hazard prevention, and proactive communication with crews to keep our teams protected.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a spotter for technicians working on lifts and at height.
Set up and maintain cones, barricades, signage, and other boundary controls to secure work areas.
Monitor jobsite activities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Assist in guiding technicians when maneuvering equipment or materials in restricted areas.
Report safety concerns or incidents immediately to supervisors and the Safety Team.
Support safe material handling practices to prevent injuries or equipment damage.
Promote NTI's safety-first culture by reinforcing best practices on site.
Verify equipment inspections daily.
Qualifications
Previous construction, warehouse, or jobsite experience preferred but not required.
Strong situational awareness and ability to focus in busy environments.
Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team.
Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials/equipment as needed.
Comfortable working outdoors and indoors, in varying conditions.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
Experience using cones, barricades, or other safety equipment.
Familiarity with telecommunications or data center environments is a plus.

Qualifications
While we prefer to hire candidates who at least have a high school diploma and are of age 21 or older, we will consider some high school/college applicants for this position.
Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
Reliable and dependable, and able to work 6-8 hour shifts.
Be available to work at least one Saturday and/or Sunday shift per week, as these are our busiest days.
Be excited and willing to learn new techniques through paid training.
Adaptable to learning/performing multiple roles in reception, retail and concierge services.

Basic Job Functions:
The Stand Guide Builder is responsible for working with a team to provide excellent quality and service to the Rolling Mill through assembly and disassembly of rolling mill stands and guides per the rolling schedule. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the mill team where needed, willingness to train and perform other job positions in the Roll Shop, assisting other teammates with crane operation and rigging as needed. What are the responsibilities of an Outdoor Adventure Guide?
Health & Safety
Conduct pre-course safety briefings, demonstrating proper usage of safety equipment and protocols.
Monitor participants while they navigate through treetop obstacles, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
React promptly and effectively to any safety concerns or emergencies, providing assistance and support when necessary.
Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) to guarantee its safety and functionality.
Guest Engagement
Welcome and engage with participants, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
Instruct participants on proper techniques for navigating zip lines and treetop obstacles, as well as other ground-based activities (axe throwing, nets course, outdoor escape room).
Encourage and motivate individuals to overcome challenges, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Assist participants who may be hesitant or facing difficulties, ensuring their confidence and enjoyment throughout the course.

Undergo and successfully complete Go Ape Adventure Guide and Internal First Aid training.

Job Summary
The Tour Guide acts as the face of Rabbit Hole Distillery, providing a memorable and educational experience for distillery guests in an active production facility.
Roles & Responsibilities
Hosting premium and high-level tours & tastings and conducting brand education for sales/marketing purposes
Possess and masterfully convey a full understanding of Rabbit Hole Distillery's bourbon products and bourbon-making process
Lead daily distillery tours and bourbon tastings. This includes special events at The Overlook Bar. Providing an optimal customer service experience for guests
Assist visitors in their selection of merchandise and be an influential factor in their choice of bourbon
Skills & Requirements
