Job Description
The Parts Pricing Leader will own the development and execution of pricing strategy for heavy duty diesel and trailer parts across mobile, shop, and OTC channels. This role combines advanced analytics expertise to optimize pricing structures, improve profitability, and enhance competitiveness. This role uses advanced analytics expertise to optimize pricing structures, improve profitability, and enhance competitiveness. Leveraging Advanced SQL, BI tools, and predictive modeling, this leader will transform complex data into actionable insights, guiding decisions on pricing frameworks, discount governance, and customer segmentation. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of parts categories, vendor programs, cores/returns, and remanufacturing, and can integrate this knowledge with data-driven strategies to support RFPs, quoting, and go-to-market initiatives. This position is pivotal in implementing new pricing capabilities, standardizing processes, and partnering with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver measurable financial impact.

What You'll Do
Create, socialize, and own the enterprise parts pricing strategy across mobile, shop, and OTC/direct channels, aligning with distribution and growth objectives
Define the pricing change strategy (triggers, cadence, governance, approval thresholds) balancing competitiveness, margin, and operational efficiency
Develop segmented pricing by industry, fleet size, service type, region, and buying behavior; establish price fences and discount ladders
Embed pricing into go-to-market plans, promotions, and contract structures with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Build and maintain pricing analytics: price elasticity, competitive gap analysis, quote and RFP win rate models, contribution/pocket margin, mix/shift impacts, and cost inflation passthrough
Use Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, query optimization) to integrate data across ERP/WMS/TMS, e‑commerce, CPQ/quoting, pricing engines, and contract systems
Design and implement BI data models and dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) for price realization, margin waterfall (list → discounts → promos → rebates → freight → payment terms), override compliance, and exception monitoring
Apply predictive and prescriptive techniques (segmentation, clustering, uplift modeling, scenario simulation) to recommend price actions by SKU, region, and customer segment
Ensure data quality, lineage, and stewardship; define critical pricing master data (attributes, segmentation, approval matrices)
Build and manage pricing frameworks (matrix/cost-plus, market based, value based) with clear guardrails and automated discount controls to protect margins
Lead parts pricing initiatives across mobile and shop channels to support technician throughput, and real-time quoting
Oversee OTC/direct parts pricing, including seasonal/regional variations and inventory alignment for walk-in customers
Lead RFP development, standardize pricing responses, and build scalable models/templates for fast, accurate bid execution
Analyze quote velocity, hit rate, and leakage to refine pricing guidance and discount structures; publish playbooks and training
Partner with IT/Data to maintain secure, auditable processes and single source of truth for pricing data and metrics
Proven experience designing and operating pricing frameworks (matrix, cost-plus, market/value based), with discount/approval governance Advanced SQL mastery (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, performance tuning) across large, multisource operational datasets

Job Description
The Data Governance SeniorManager - APIs and Data Sets, establishes and executes governance frameworks for APIs and critical data sets across Cox Automotive. This role ensures APIs and data sets are secure, compliant, discoverable, and aligned with enterprise standards while enabling innovation. The SeniorManager leads cross-functional initiatives implementing policies that balance regulatory requirements, security risks, and business enablement, partnering with product, engineering, security, legal, and data governance teams.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain dashboards for inventory turns, obsolescence %, write-offs, non-stock ratio, and working capital impact

To ensure consistency, scalability, and cost performance across our delivery network, we are hiring a SeniorManager or Director focused exclusively on vendor management, partner governance, and operational execution. This leader will own day-to-day vendor performance, commercial management, KPI oversight, and cross regional coordination that supports our global delivery model. The role is ideal for someone with deep experience managing offshore and nearshore partners, negotiating commercial terms, enforcing SLAs, and driving operational improvements across vendors supplying cloud, engineering, support, and professional services talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management and Commercial Governance
• Own global vendor management across key delivery partners in Jordan, Portugal, the Philippines, and future geographies.

Partner Optimization and Workforce Alignment
• Improve vendor staffing speed, quality, and ramp effectiveness through analytics, feedback loops, and standardized workflows.
• Partner with internal service owners to confirm role definitions, skill expectations, training requirements, and capacity needs.
• Identify performance gaps and drive remediation across productivity, quality, ticket handling, engineering throughput, and customer experience.
• Evaluate new partners, geographies, or delivery models when gaps or scaling opportunities are identified.
Cross Functional Collaboration and Influence
• Work closely with Service Delivery, Support, Engineering, HR, and Finance to coordinate vendor activities and ensure alignment to operational needs.
• Provide reporting on vendor performance, risk, and cost using simple dashboards and measurable insights.
• Build relationships with vendor leadership teams and ensure accountability across all levels.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in management or leadership role
Experience spanning global service delivery, vendor management, HR operations, transformation, or operations strategy, ideally within a Managed Services, Cloud, or Professional Services environment.
Experience managing offshore and nearshore partners across multiple regions and functional service lines.
Experience spans rate card negotiation, cost optimization, and performance-based contract management, along with developing and managing vendor KPI frameworks, governance scorecards, and executive reporting.

Job Description
The Operations Management, Sr. Manager is responsible for implementing business growth initiatives through detailed analysis and forecasts, project planning and strategy development and execution. This position will support Manheim's Commercial Truck business, dedicated to building process consistency in daily operations, enabling scalable operations and supporting business growth. This role will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies, drive system improvements and ensure operational excellence through standardized processes. This role will Interact with clients, third-party vendors, and leadership. Over time the Sr. Manager will build and oversee a team of analysts that will collaborate closely with operational leaders, clients and vendors to implement best practices and grow this area of the business.

Overview
We are searching for a Senior Lead or Lead Program Manager to oversee multiple overlapping in-flight programs spanning across IT, Operations, and customer facing delivery. This is not a traditional IT program management role - it is a strategic program leadership position requiring executive presence, political acumen, M&A experience, and experience implementing greenfield enterprise platforms and sunsetting complex and highly-integrated existing platforms. You'll be joining a newly formed Strategic Initiatives team comprised of people who are passionate about change and enablement and involved in the most critical enterprise programs. We excel at getting ambiguous objectives and turning them into structured, executable programs. You will help define new ways of working and building relationships along the way.
You will own complex, cross-functional programs that shape the future of the company, including post-merger integration, large-scale business transformations, business process redesigns, and strategic initiatives that span multiple years and business units. In addition to program delivery, you will play a key role in maturing and operationalizing enterprise governance frameworks (portfolio governance, program steering committees, process governance, etc.). In this position, you will engage directly with members of our leadership team to assess their requirements and coordinate efforts across various teams and external vendors to fulfill those objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end strategic and transformational programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and delivery of targeted business outcomes.
Oversee enterprise platform decommissions and implementations.
Serve as a program interface to the Executive Leadership Team; prepare and deliver concise, high-quality updates, decision materials, and risk/mitigation briefings for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Board committees.
Drive post-merger integration workstreams, including synergy tracking, cultural integration, Day-1/Day-100 planning, organizational design, and systems/process harmonization.
Partner with corporate development, finance, legal, HR, and business unit leaders during due diligence and integration planning phases of M&A transactions.
Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level program/portfolio governance models (stage-gate processes, steering committees, risk frameworks, benefits realization tracking, etc.).
Facilitate executive workshops, offsites, and decision-making forums using structured problem-solving and change management techniques.
Identify, track, and realize strategic benefits (financial, operational, customer, and employee impact) and own benefits realization reporting to executives.
Coach and mentor junior program/project managers; raise the overall bar for program management maturity across the organization.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues across a complex stakeholder landscape that includes external partners, acquired entities, and regulators when applicable.
Lead visual storytelling and strategic communications, translating complex initiatives into clear and actionable insight.
