POSTITION OVERVIEW
The Prevailing Wage Coordinator & Dispatcher provides dispatching support and maintains compliance with prevailing wage projects. This position includes scheduling Field Service Labor for both internal Field Service Engineers and external Service Providers to support SMA Americas Warranty and Non-Warranty service requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides accurate Prevailing Wage determination, checks warranty dates, views prior Field Service Headcount before dispatching service cases, and requests an Apprentice when required.
Assigns Prevailing Wage service repair activities to SMA Field Service Engineers and Service Providers via Salesforce Planning Board.
Monitors daily service activities for new cases, aligns both parts and field resources to meet customer service repair activities.
Create reports in Salesforce and Monday.com databases to coordinate dispatch records for all Service Prevailing Wage Projects to ensure compliance.
Coordinates with Prevailing Wage Program Manager to provide monthly records of all Warranty Service, Blue Note, and Commissioning cases.
Works directly with the Regional Competency Center Technical team to ensure customer needs are met, Field Service Resources are prepared for service assignments and manufacturers have been notified of the failure.
Responsible for communication and alignment of customer's availability while scheduling SMA service calls.
Participate in Prevailing Wage audits.
Verifies service repair activities in the external queue to ensure service providers (contractors) submit all required documentation, including completed service reports per SMA and supplier's requirements, and the scheduling of used part pickups.
Monitors part order transfers from Salesforce to SAP and debug system errors and/or report system errors to developer.
Ensures warranty claims and escalations are completed with SMA's suppliers.
Work closely with the Prevailing Wage Program Manager, Prevailing Wage Payroll, Medium Voltage Dispatch, Blue Notes, Commissioning, and other internal teams.
Other duties as may be required or assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in business, logistics, technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with Field Service teams is preferred.
Experience in Renewable Energy, Medium Voltage and/or Energy Distribution Industries is desired.
Prevailing Wage knowledge or certification is preferred.
SAP System and Salesforce Ticketing System training.
Basic office skills and associated software including Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple program requirements.
Experience with Customer Service Ticketing systems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required.

The Opportunity

What You'll Work On
Effectively communicate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely and efficient patient care
Proficient in all CCC Coordinator duties.
Effectively and efficiently manage incoming consultations through CCC consultation lifecycle workflows processes
Interacts with clinical and operational teams to prioritize and assign requesting emergency/ non‐emergency consultations for multiple services lines.
Uses established and approved protocols, workflows, and the computer‐aided dispatch system to evaluate the situation and take the appropriate actions. Test readiness of computer, cameras, and other related communications equipment.
Monitors and maintains ques to quickly prioritize and assign consultations to meet or exceed SLAs.
Demonstrate service excellence in meeting and exceeding all metrics outline on performance index scorecard.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism when interacting with the healthcare facilities, Physicians, co‐workers and supervisors.
May be required to be on‐call, remain on duty after shift‐end and respond to emergency situations at any time.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company polices to achieve the overall objective of the CCC and this position.
Maintains a favorable, collaborative and professional working relationship with all departments to ensure efficient working environment to achieve company's mission.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all issues or concerns and takes prompt corrective action where necessary.
Maintains a positive team spirit and fosters a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company values.

What You'll Bring
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification Required
At least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or IT
Strong communications skills (written and oral) as well as demonstrate the ability to work effectively across departments
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems
Ability to learn software and systems
Have excellent phone/customer service skills along with high attention to detail
Enthusiastic about being on the forefront of healthcare and impacting patient lives positively
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
Full Time Work Schedule: 6:45am-3pm Eastern Time Zone
Paid Training Schedule: Monday-Friday
Weekly Work days: Thursday-Monday
Weekly Off Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays

The consult coordination center operates 24/7 and does require weekends and holidays.

Who you are:

What you'll do:
Receive incoming calls and emails from Internal and External Customers
Generate Work orders that communicate information and requirements per the customer's specifications.
Dispatch service calls (work orders) to the appropriate service technician/branch in a timely fashion
Communicate roofing estimates to customers to obtain approval for service work.
Provide support to service technicians for all service branches.
Complete special projects as assigned by management.
Assist other departments in downtime through cross-training.
What you'll need:

Ability to work afternoon shift, 11AM - 8PM, and Rotating Weekends.
Ability to be part of an after-hours, on-call rotation (additional compensation).

Ability to self-motivate, stay focused and work independently.

Velocity is seeking to hire Dispatchers to act as a communication point for our Velocity Field Technicians and customers. The Dispatch Coordinators receive requests, transmit messages and schedule technicians from the Velocity database to customer sites. This position involves verifying arrivals, negotiating pricing with technicians, and following up on scheduled appointments.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in challenging situations. Ideal candidates also will be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
This role requires onsite training at our Holland, OH office location. Training will take place Monday through Friday from 9am-5:30pm EST.
Upon completion of training, ideal candidates must be able to work the following shifts listed below:
* Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm EST
* Tuesday-Saturday 9am-530pm EST
* Sunday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm EST
* Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm EST
All Candidates can work remotely on the weekends.
