* Assign and disperse dispatches to reporting drivers based on customer demands/orders Collect and verify accuracy of driver paperwork Assist the operations manager in completing customer specific tracking/tracing, communication, and follow up/follow through Assist the safety manager with all compliance related items as assigned (i.e. driver logs, registrations, CDL s, etc) Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
