A deep knowledge of the types of medical equipment and their setup requirements is crucial for effective order entry and route planning. This role requires a blend of technological proficiency and logistical planning to efficiently handle equipment delivery orders. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. Duties & Responsibilities: Assists in the training and development of team members Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts Manages Drivers Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities Supports company programs and branch goals Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours Other duties as required Requirements: Valid Driver s License Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner Good driving record Previous vending experience is preferred Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
