Key Responsibilities
Dispatches drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, drivers' locations and loads, and daily factors to balance cost and customer satisfaction.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be legally eligible to work in the US, and have a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. It is preferred that the candidate has some previous dispatch experience.

Review delivery paperwork and release Drivers and their loads based on standard operating procedures

Enforce consistent and correct usage of nightly driver checklist
Ensure fuel and DEF levels in vehicles are sufficient according to company policy following the return of vehicles from their daily routes
Provide at least six hours of notice if unable to work a scheduled shift
Expert knowledge of our telemetric fleet tracking and maintenance software

General Purpose:
Provide quality customer service to our customers and drivers while minimizing costs of hauling through effective dispatching of loads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct the daily distribution of raw milk loads to cover orders, maintain customer schedules and monitor for changes
Contact drivers with daily delivery schedules
Serve as contact for all customer changes and distressed loads.
Monitor milk movements to assure all producers remain qualified during qualifying months and between Federal Orders. Maximize diversions and transportation credits where applicable
Monitor secondary freight costs and work to minimize those costs when scheduling deliveries. Coordinate dispatching and maintain records of all loadouts
Communicate customer issues to Field Manager. Communicate driver issues to Lead Dispatcher and Location Manager
Be part of on-call rotation including periodic evenings, weekends and some holidays

Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests from customers.
Schedule and dispatch technicians for fire safety inspections and services.
Coordinate daily routes and appointments, adjusting schedules as needed.
Track technician progress and update work order statuses in the system.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and service activities.
Communicate effectively with both field and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatching or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
