Status Updates: Ensure every pickup status is clearly recorded-picked up, failed, completed, or needed exception support. Cross-Functional Coordination Warehouse Coordination: Communicate directly with warehouse teams to confirm pickup readiness, pallet counts, and required equipment. Exception Management: Collaborate with QA/QC or Operations teams to resolve discrepancies such as missing pallets, incorrect manifests, or late pickups. Operational Floor Presence Maintain visibility on the warehouse dispatch floor when necessary, interacting with warehouse staff, verifying outgoing freight, and ensuring drivers receive accurate pickup instructions. Able to stand or walk for extended periods when the operation requires on-site monitoring.
