Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Taking Responsible for facilitating orders and schedule for delivery of ready-mix concrete; accurately inputting order information into dispatch software (mix designs, quantities, add-ons, delivery times, jobsite details, and special instructions). Prioritize customer needs: monitor real time progress and adjust schedules as conditions change. Set clear expectations with customers on delivery timing, focused on up-front communication especially when trucks are tight, jobs change, or delays occur.
