Requirements: · Must be 21 years of age or older, in compliance with state cannabis regulations. · 1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, retail coordination, or related roles. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset. · Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and remain calm under pressure. · Familiarity with cannabis compliance regulations or willingness to learn quickly. · Proficient with dispatch tools, POS systems, and office technology. · Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized. · Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, drivers, and internal teams. · Cash-handling experience and basic math skills for order verification and reconciliation. · Comfortable working extended hours at a computer during busy delivery shifts. · Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs when assisting with packages or operations support.
