Reporting Generate reports on schedules, technician performance, and service or repair completion rates across divisions. Prepare weekly overtime summaries and detailed reports to support management oversight. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of related experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination. Previous experience in the luxury pool industry strongly preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in scheduling or dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Review Driver requests for container switches or repairs and enter service tickets into the company database. Ensure all accidents and injuries are thoroughly documented and distribute reports to the Safety and Risk teams for follow up. Prepare and Deliver Regular Reports to Senior Management. Field calls from customer service and handle appropriately. If call is related to service not performed on a specific site address by speaking with the driver. Monitor dispatch mailbox and handle requests appropriately. Monitor system for missed pick ups and disposition them within 60 minutes. Monitor system for driver progress, comments, skips, extras. Conduct employee check-in procedure: inspect DVIR for completion, inspect route coversheet for completion of all necessary fields, inspect dump tickets being received, check route has been appropriately closed in the system. Reschedule any customers that were blocked. Tag any extra pick-ups in the system, follow-up with exceptions, stop services, missed stops, on call work orders and review pictures. Close out outstanding tickets in the system Act on loaded truck list from end of day. Monitor the call out line and adjust route and scheduling as necessary. Coordinate with other sites for equipment when necessary. Monitor and manage idle time. Ensure accurate geocoding of stops. Manage tablet inventory and ensure tablet use consistently across all routes Timely and accurate service alert notifications to customers. Optimize driver assignments to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Respond appropriately to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other field emergencies. Requirements and Qualifications:: 3-8 years of Dispatching experience. Completion of relevant undergraduate degree or certificate program. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Strong organization and time management skills. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety. Position Overview Patiently explains the service options available for a potential client (including information on transportation procedures): takes requests for transportation services from eligible clients and members of the general public (including explaining how clients can use the system); assists passengers with trip planning; handles scheduling, confirmation, and cancellation of trips; vehicles to shifts; maintains two-way communication with drivers throughout the day, and handles other clerical duties as assigned by the Road Supervisors, Director of Operations, Operations Manager or Executive Director. Oversee drivers and their shifts to ensure compliance with routes, schedules and policies. Provide assistance with mechanical, routing or emergency situations. Prepare forms, maintain records, and files. Work is characterized by the variety, complexity, and frequent public contact associated with the position. Considerable tact and courtesy are required as well as judgment in selecting and applying standard procedures and practices to specific tasks. Work is performed under general supervision and is evaluated by observation, conference, and the overall effectiveness and accuracy of duties performed. Essential Job Functions Take phone requests for transportation services from customers. Assist customers with trip planning and scheduling based on: a) their physical condition, b) the unique features of the route system (including off-route scheduling) and Dial-A-Ride and c) detailed working knowledge of the location of streets, roads, and highways and the geographical conditions of the service area. Assess the client's needs and handles scheduling, confirmation, and cancellation of trips. Ensures scheduled routing makes sense in regards to timing and geographical direction. Meet and/or exceed ETD customer service and dispatching standards and assist the Operations Manager to respond to road call emergencies and vehicle accidents; assist in meeting ETD's vehicle emergency service standards. Operate the buses in service in an emergency situation. Communicate with drivers as necessary. In conjunction with the Lead Dispatcher, insure that vehicle service hour records (including driver manifest reports and logs) are accurate and up to date. Prepare client intake forms and files, trip records and complaints/suggestion files. Type necessary reports, forms, and correspondence as needed. Manage the direct collection of all fares and insure that the cash collection and reconciliation meets the standards established by the District. Take and successfully pass a drug test for pre-employment, as well as at random, reasonable suspicion, and post accident drug and alcohol tests as deemed appropriate by the District's current approved drug testing policy. Monitor work environment for safety standards and potential hazards. Notify DER of need for a reasonable suspicion drug test. Notify Operations manager of known or observed safety or policy violations. Requirements Courteous, friendly, personable demeanor.
