Required Qualifications: 2 years administrative, process or project management experience, preferably in the HVAC or similar trade industry Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills Prior dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or pool trades Experience using a dispatching software such as Service Titan Well organized and ability to work independently Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills Creative thinker with an energetic personality
