Rental Equipment Management
* Solicit quotes from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing
* Utilize the Central Region Rental Equipment Tracker
* Setup rental equipment numbers and export to field FIS systems
* Track rentals and equipment moves to ensure efficiency
Union / Payroll / Apprentice Requirements
* Work with HR, Payroll, and craft unions to maintain regulations that the union has established to ensure compliance
* Assist Project Managers with monitoring apprentice utilization per area requirement.
* Submit and retain DAS-142 form when requesting apprentices from the union.

• Work in progress report - Print the Open Calls report from CMS. Give status and scheduled completion date for each open and incomplete service order. Ensure the proper manpower, equipment and materials are available for completion of open work. Submit to Operations Manager each Thursday.
• Process payroll - Approve timesheets and send to Payroll Department. Check for accuracy including job numbers, legal name, prevailing wage rates, per diem, certified jobs, sick and vacation time.
