Accurately maintain inventory balances between WMS and the system in order to preserve inventory integrity. Review and provide oversight for inventory adjustments and corrections, including identifying and correcting descriptions, item numbers and locations when needed. Ensure approval protocols are followed based on limits of authority for needed adjustments. Develop and implement corrective action plans for inventory discrepancies and quality issues.
Prepare, analyze and present reports to enable management to monitor and measure overall inventory performance and cycle count program status and quality metrics. Conduct daily inventory analysis, plan and supervise daily cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Coordinate scrap reconciliation and provide data and analysis to the Quality department as required for pharmaceutical products.
Hire, lead, mentor and train inventory control Team Leads, Cycle Counters and receiving teams on proactive approaches and best practice procedures for inventory maintenance, corrections and methodologies.

Update EDS in the summer months to reflect changes throughout the sales season
Work closely with Vice President on strategic projects across all departments in the summer months
Must be willing and able to work 16-18 hour shifts during snow events
Required Skills and Qualifications
Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
Driver's License (required)
Excellent communication skills
Must work well in fast-paced, high-stress conditions
Ability to make decisions quickly
Able and willing to work on-call in winter
Must be located within 20-30 minutes of shop location in Macedonia, OH due to on-call nature of the position
Compensation and Benefits
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
$5.00 per hour shift differential for snow events

Typical hours 7:00am-4:00pm.

In the absence of the purchasing manager will assume responsibilities of ordering and inventory. Hands on position unloading delivery trucks and stocking all supplies for dining services in the designated areas. Issuing out daily products to the production team and also returning unused items to their designated storage locations. Assist with removing refuse and recycling in the kitchen. Involves custodial duties in various areas of student dining. Assist with deliveries around campus to various cafe's, and concessions. Will rotate weekends throughout the academic year. Cover product shorts from various local vendors. Any other duties requested by your immediate supervisor.
