We are seeking a dynamic, relentless, and results-driven Ready to Execute (RTE) Dispatch Supervisor to lead the charge in transforming our aerospace manufacturing operations. This leader will architect and implement the Ready to Execute process, establish standard work, and manage a team of RTE Dispatchers to ensure Operations receives everything they need-on time, every time-to build with precision, speed, and quality. Key Responsibilities Stand up and own the RTE process across the production floor, driving standardization and operational discipline. Lead and mentor a team of RTE Dispatchers, instilling urgency, accountability, and a culture of excellence. Ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) readiness of all production inputs including WIP, materials, tooling, quality documentation, engineering releases, work orders, etc. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse) to eliminate barriers and streamline flow. Champion standard work development and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Monitor and report on RTE performance metrics, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. Serve as the voice of readiness-ensuring Operations can focus solely on executing work instructions with zero delays. Foster a high-energy, proactive, and improvement-focused team culture. Responsibilities include: Coordinate, Route, schedule deliveries, assemble orders, and facilitate payment processing Create transportation manifests and other required records for patient deliveries Answer Calls with a cheerful, positive attitude pertaining to Dispatch order or Courier Drivers having issues or needing assistance on their routes Maintain an on-going knowledge of company products and current state laws regarding medical cannabis and delivery regulations Monitor routing software and communicate effectively with drivers throughout the day. You'll be the point of contact if they need assistance while out on a delivery route Responsible for making sure all rostered drivers have a route in the system and in the right delivery area to ensure route completion in a timely and safe manner. You must have the necessary skills and knowledge to make route changes and assignments in the routing software.
