Scheduling and coordinating crews for scheduled jobs from Sunday to Saturday
Coordinate crews for emergency calls when they occur
Assists coworkers and other dispatchers as necessary
Performs geographical location spotting, map reading and provides detailed instructions to contractors and fieldworkers
Support fieldworkers with any concerns that may arise and delegate appropriately as necessary
Support contractors to the best of their ability
Forward any new business inquiries to the Business Manager
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Knowledge and Skills:
A basic concept of geography (able to read maps) and basic direction skills are required
Communicate effectively with others over the telephone, email or in person
Demonstrate effective listening skills
Successfully identify and resolve issues that may arise
Work under minimal supervision
Work in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate records
Analyzing and resolving problems
Preparing written communications (e.g., responding to emails)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a call center environment
Ability to follow procedures and regulations
Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
Fluent in English
Strong MS Excel skills

Ability to rapidly input information into a data entry system
Great customer service skills
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm, weekends/overtime as needed, hours can be flexible
