The One Heart Stables Barn Assistant performs barn tasks, such as cleaning and feeding the horses, in addition to taking care of the horses' stalls and tack. Principal Functional Responsibilities * Assists with administration of exams to ensure academic integrity and proper testing protocols. * Assists with student check in, student exam review and exam posting * Assists with other projects and tasks in Academic Services as assigned Qualifications * High School diploma * One year of secretarial experience * Proficiency in Zoom meeting software Preferred Qualifications Experience in a higher education or medical education setting Physical Requirements Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.
