Food for Seniors provides monthly nutritional food boxes to seniors who are 60 years old or older and meet Federal Income Guidelines. Catholic Charities Food for Seniors is the sole agency of Louisiana's Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) which works to improve the health of low-income elderly persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods.

The program also educates clients about good nutrition by providing nutritional information that includes easy to make recipes using commodity foods, caloric intake, how to stretch food dollars and eat a healthy diet.

Catholic Charities' Food for Seniors is an equal opportunity program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.

The Site Distributions Coordinator is responsible for ensure the monthly distribution of food boxes for his/her assigned area. This includes organizing the monthly distribution sites, participant numbers, promoting the program to the community, enrolling qualifying seniors, and monitoring sites to ensure compliance with all USDA, State of Louisiana CSFP and CCANO policies and procedures.

This position requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and program participants, local governments and community groups as needed. Daily travel is required.
Essential Functions:


Assist Site Distributions Manager and/or State-Wide Distributions Manager with monthly site distribution schedule. Ensure coverage for all distribution sites and serve as back-up to other Site Coordinators when needed. Conduct certification and recertification of participants Monitors food inventories at distribution sites Assist Site Distributions Manager and/or State-Wide Distributions Manager with oversight, development and maintenance of Volunteer Program and maintaining accurate- up-to-date records of volunteers. May assist with the following: preparation/update of handbook/manuals for volunteers and groups; providing support system for volunteers and acting as a conduit for information, concerns and resolution of problems; collaborating with contact agencies and assisting with planning for periodic recognition and appreciation for volunteers and their contributions to the program Provides prompt and accurate customer services by ensuring staff are on time to assigned locations, interacting respectfully and professionally with volunteer site members and program participants, and answering questions/concerns as best as possible. Maintain list and contact information of all distribution locations at assigned locations. Complete monthly reporting on participation and package distribution and assist Clerk(s) as need to meet state mandated reporting deadline.
Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, and customer satisfaction that is consistent with CCANO mission and values. Other duties as assigned.


Technical/Computer Skills:
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred.
Ability to work in CSFP software for data entry.
Licenses and Certificates:
Valid Driver's License and own transportation to work required. Maintain safe driving record in driving company vehicles.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to think strategically "big picture" and handle details
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders internal and external to Program
Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently
Ability to establish work assignment priorities
Willingness to work irregular hours as needed
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to new software, digital media, and on-line systems.
Routine travel required.
Minimum Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College OR at least ten years of experience in a food distribution program
Four years of supervisory experience.
Prior experience in a non-profit setting.
Prior experience working with federal grants and/or food delivery preferred.


Schedule: Hours vary pending distribution location; Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays

The ideal candidate will have very strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to coordinate related interconnection activities between project management, engineering and construction.
Responsibilities
Work with Project Development Managers and Engineers to prepare and submit interconnection applications for various Distributed Generation projects. Mainly Solar PV and Storage;Track and manage of signatures, approvals and payments for Interconnection Applications, impact studies, system modification fees and interconnection agreements;Track applications through interconnection study process, working with utility and internal counterparts to set expectations on process and schedule, complete supplemental reviews and impact studies, and execute Interconnection Agreements;Development and maintenance of a consistent record as each project navigates the interconnection process, from initial application to final authorization to operate;Being the primary point of contact for all utility communications;Coordinate with internal engineers and external consultants to address all technical comments and concerns from the utility to expedite Interconnection Agreements;Coordinate with Utilities during design and construction to ensure that the project timeline meets the needs of each project;Coordinate with Utilities and Ameresco Construction Management to complete witness test and submit all close-out documentation to facilities Permission to Operate (PTO);Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices and codes;Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases; and Performs other duties as required;Travel required to project sites, mostly located in the region; and Perform other duties as needed.

Job Description
The goal of the SET Distribution Department is to have the right car, in the right place, at the right time for our Dealers and their customers. The primary role of the Distribution Coordinator is to provide exceptional Dealer and Field support by researching information related to Dealer inventory management, SET allocation and the efficient processing of vehicles through to final wholesale, while prioritizing customer satisfaction. The SET Distribution Coordinator position provides the opportunity to work alongside a strong team of automobile distribution, logistics, vehicle processing and product information experts. Ideally, the Distribution Coordinator will also serve to streamline existing processes, leveraging an understanding and command of distribution and allocation to support and optimize those functions. Strong analytical thinking that would allow the Coordinator to conduct and present dealer earn and inventory analyses is required. This position offers the ability to establish a strong foundational knowledge of the Southeast Toyota business with potential for growth within the department and beyond in the business to fulfill strategic needs.
SET Distribution Coordinator responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional Dealer and Field support through e-mail and phone; the individual will leverage the tools at hand (Mainframe, Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau dashboards, etc.) to research inquiries and return clarifying details in a timely manner. Oversight of damaged vehicles at VPC, maintaining communication between VPC body shop teams and Dealers/DSMs; maintenance and distribution of Open RO reporting, proactively tracking trends and escalating to QA as needed. Marketing Show Car management in collaboration with SET Marketing, inclusive of show unit accessorization, logistics facilitation and ultimate allocation of display units. Providing back-up for Allocation activities, Sold Order process and Associate Purchase order fulfillment, as well as Distribution team, Dealer and Field support during month-end sales close. Producing Analytics and Reporting to support department objectives and strategic initiatives. Updating and organizing internal SharePoint site with departmental information, including policies, procedures, process documentation and reference materials.
Delivering exceptional customer service to SET Field, Dealers and fellow associates while contributing to the positive and ultra-responsive team culture is key. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and communicating with peers and various stakeholders at all levels. They must also have excellent administrative and customer service skills and the ability to prioritize well and manage time effectively.
