Architect and develop the testbench using advanced verification methodology such as SystemVerilog/UVM, Analog/mixed signal simulation, Low power verification, Formal verification and Gate level simulation to ensure high design quality.
Author assertions in SVA, develop testcases, coverage models, debug and ensure coverage closure.
Work with digital design, analog circuit design, modeling, controller/subsystem, & SoC integration teams to complete the successful PHY level verification, integration into subsystem and SoC, and post‑silicon validation.
From scratch VIP development experience for Serdes controller + PHY is an additional plus.
Required for this Role:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2+ years ASIC design verification, or related work experience.
Knowledge of a HVL methodology like SystemVerilog/UVM.
Experience working with various ASIC simulation/formal tools such as VCS, Xcellium/NCsim, Modelsim/Questa, VCFormal, Jaspergold, 0In and others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Low Power design verification, Formal verification and Gate level simulation.

With big ambitions, we specialize in the development, construction and operation of RNG, landfill-gas-to-electric and dairy digester facilities. The team operates around 50 sites in 32 states with a robust development pipeline.
**About the role**
The Principal Facilities Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to operating the Assai Renewal Natural Gas (RNG) plant located in Throop, PA.
A key asset for Archaea Energy, this facility converts landfill gas, collected at the landfill, into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). The facility processes the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, Nitrogen, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality gas.
The support will range from plant optimization to small upgrade projects. This role will work closely with Operations and Maintenance personnel at the plant in support of achieving plant runtime and production KPI's. They will also work closely with in-house Engineering teams and 3rd party Engineering Contractors to develop workpack deliverables for plant modifications. A key accountability will be maintaining and updating Process Safety Information for the plant.
**The successful candidate must be able to report to the plant in Throop, PA at least 3 days per week. You must live near the site or be willing to relocate to report into the site to be considered for the role.**
**Key accountabilities**
+ Lead the creation of MOC's to document plant modifications and upgrades
+ Work directly with 3rd-party engineering firms for engineering deliverables that are not internally generated
+ Work with plant PSM coordinator to ensure PSM deliverables are kept up to date
+ Review and approve major engineering submittals generated by 3rd parties

About the role
The Principal Facilities Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to operating the Assai Renewal Natural Gas (RNG) plant located in Throop, PA.
A key asset for Archaea Energy, this facility converts landfill gas, collected at the landfill, into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). The facility processes the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, Nitrogen, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality gas.
The support will range from plant optimization to small upgrade projects. This role will work closely with Operations and Maintenance personnel at the plant in support of achieving plant runtime and production KPI's. They will also work closely with in-house Engineering teams and 3rd party Engineering Contractors to develop workpack deliverables for plant modifications. A key accountability will be maintaining and updating Process Safety Information for the plant.
The successful candidate must be able to report to the plant in Throop, PA at least 3 days per week. You must live near the site or be willing to relocate to report into the site to be considered for the role.

Lead the creation of MOC's to document plant modifications and upgrades
Work directly with 3rd-party engineering firms for engineering deliverables that are not internally generated
Work with plant PSM coordinator to ensure PSM deliverables are kept up to date
Review and approve major engineering submittals generated by 3rd parties
Provide engineering input into operating, maintenance, commissioning, and start-up procedures and strategies
Drive the right level of risk assessment for changes, from a Hazard Checklist to a HAZOP

POSITION
Reports to the SVP/Director of Engineering. Leads engineering and design teams to prepare drawings and specifications for lighting and lighting control systems, low and medium voltage power distribution systems, specification of basic material and methods, and development of control systems for mechanical and refrigeration systems. This position will proactively work across multi-discipline design teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
BSEE, BSEET, BSAE or related degree; PE required
10+ years of experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial facilities, preferably within the A/E consulting industry
Independently creates construction documents
Excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic and demonstrated leadership capabilities

Electrical Engineer

Associate level Electrical Engineer. Performs engineering work in the initial planning and design phases of projects. This includes engineering/design for power distribution systems, lighting systems, grounding systems, lightning protection systems, backup power supply systems, instrumentation, controls, and fire detection/alarming. Perform studies and technical activities to arrive at the most cost effective, reliable technical solution. May also support procurement and construction phases or projects with engineering knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual design, perform calculations, and perform system studies.
Develop detailed electrical drawings.
Ensure conformance to applicable engineering codes and standards as well as company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with and consult other Engineers and Designers to engineer, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve technical and other issues.
Secondary Responsibilities
Collect and interpret engineering data, compile data for project reports, collect and compile field data as required, assist in proposal efforts as directed, document technical data for management review, provide other entry level duties as assigned, assist with preparation of labor/material estimates and design packages for clients.
Is aware of costs and schedule related to own work.
Organizes own work to meet deadlines set by others.
Communicates information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.
Contributes to a team environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited school.
Has 2 -- 5 years related experience
Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in electrical engineering.
Strong computer skills with Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
Training and/or experience with CADD (AutoCAD, REVIT, and/or MicroStation, etc.).
Good verbal and writing skills.
Factory, field, and/or construction experience a plus.
Practical electrical skills a plus.
Familiarity with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ANSI codes and standards a plus.
Candidates must be willing to travel for infrequent field assignments.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $32.21 - $48.00 Per Hour. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
