District Leaders are expected to exercise excellent judgment and decision-making in all employee relations and personnel actions (i.e., timely performance evaluations, conflict resolution handling, disciplinary actions, employee counseling, etc.). The goal is to foster an atmosphere of cooperation, enthusiasm, and professionalism within each restaurant and among the district. Expansion Opportunity Responsibilities The District Leader will assist with new restaurant openings. They will support the new Restaurant Leader with day-to-day opener and closer training and assisting with daily operations until the proficiency level is manageable for the newly appointed Restaurant Leader. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS The position involves a variable 50/55-hour work week. The hours for this position are semi-flexible, however, normal working hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with one day off during the week and one day off during the weekend.
