Inspect conversions, construction, and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications. Oversee materials and inventory management. Qualifications Required Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, and three (3+) years related experience in the public assembly industry (stadiums, arenas, and/or convention centers). Minimum of 3-5 years' experience managing and training a team. Demonstrate knowledge in operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, event-related services, and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service. Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes. Strong budget development and oversight skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Ability to create and manage a collaborative and diverse workforce.
