Oversees the Company's appraisals, trades, and purchases of used trucks: marketing in conformity with annual business plan. Promotes a positive sales culture to achieve goals: assists in hiring, training, and retention of truck sales personnel. S/he will establish sales goals and hold the sales team accountable for performance. Meets with management regularly to review performance, pending sales, prospecting, marketing strategy, profit margins, and related issues. Assists sales employees in person with inspecting and purchasing inventory, identifying opportunities, and meeting with Customers to foster excellent relations.
