Job Summary:
You will be responsible for calling preset scheduled sales appointments of timeshare owners who have requested help in canceling their timeshare with Wesley Financial Group, LLC, and onboarding them as clients. This includes pricing our services, sending and reviewing our agreement, and getting the client set up for onboarding.
IMPORTANT: Every appointment is pre-qualified by our Qualification Specialists and placed directly on your calendar. Our fully staffed marketing team provides leads (currently more than 3,000/week) to ensure a constant flow of new appointments.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $103,200 - $135,450. General Summary of Duties:
The Regional Service Manager (RSM) plans, directs, and supervises skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled trade personnel to effectively complete activities related to daily operations, including repairs, maintenance, and security/safety, for a designated region of LUV Car Wash locations. The RSM is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and managing the effectiveness of the maintenance team. Ensures Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Leads follow proper repair and safety procedures.

Supervises: Maintenance Technicians

Essential Functions:
Travels up to 70% of the time to train and oversee site maintenance.
Hire, develop, and train the LUV Car Wash facilities maintenance team to meet quality standards and financial R&M targets.
Conduct a ride-along with Maintenance Technicians to evaluate their efficiency in their role.
Manage tech effectiveness to ensure work orders are completed within allotted time frames and specifications and that the quality of work performed is up to the LUV standard.
Develop service technicians to ensure they are building their skills and progressing their career within LUV.
Manage departmental metrics, including utilization, hours per work order, variance to estimated work order time, work order completion, return visits, and driving score.
Work with third-party vendors to facilitate emergency repair work.
Manage and maintain the inventory of all assets within the facilities department, including equipment, vehicles, and tools.
Assist with the integration of acquired locations, collaborating with various functional team leads and the corporate ops team.
Foster a positive working environment between operations and maintenance.
Manage the internal billing of services rendered to locations.
Perform other duties as requested or needed.
