Bill joined Ditech Networks in 1997 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in May of 2004. He was responsible for the company’s global financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations. While serving as CFO of Ditech Networks, he was instrumental in the company’s IPO and secondary offering, as well as driving growth through internal development, participating in several merger and acquisition transactions. During his tenure, he has overseen the areas of finance, human resources, facilities and information technology. Bill’s extensive financial and operational background also includes Chief Financial Officer of Conductus, where he was in charge of coordinating a secondary public offering. He also held the position of CFO at Ramtek, a publicly-traded company, for one year. Prior to his corporate experience, Bill spent 10 years in public accounting, working the last 5 years for Coopers and Lybrand. He specialized in emerging-growth companies and public clients. A Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Bill received a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University.
