Stuart Shiff is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of DivcoWest and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Under Stuart’s leadership, DivcoWest entered the SF Bay Area market in 1993 alongside some of today’s leading technology companies. Since then, Stuart has grown DivcoWest into a multidisciplinary commercial real estate company with a presence in key innovation markets across the U.S. Stuart serves on the boards of the University of California’s Executive Committee, the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics and the Rugby Advisory Board. In addition, Stuart is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, Urban Land Institute, and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). He also serves on the UCSF Board of Overseers Real Estate Committee and PREA’s Mentorship committee. Stuart graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree.

Kenneth K Wong is a Senior Mng Dir/CFO at Divco West Properties Inc., Head:Capital Markets at Divco West Properties Inc., and Chief Financial Officer at DivcoWest and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Managing Director - CFO and Operational Advisor at M West Reit Inc., Board Director at IXYS CORP DE, and Tax Manager at PwC. Kenneth works or has worked as MEMBER at California State Society CPAs and MEMBER at AICPA. He studied at University of California San Diego, University of California Irvine between 1994 and 1998, and JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY between 1990 and 1994.

Marc Sternberg is a Chief Compliance Officer at DivcoWest and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has worked as Compliance Manager at Truvvo Partners, Manager at Blackstone Group, and Compliance Analyst at Blackstone Group. Marc attended Gabelli School of Business Graduate between 2007 and 2008, Fordham University School of Law between 2004 and 2008, and Emory University Goizueta Business School between 2000 and 2004.

Robert Mashaal is the Chief Investment Officer of DivcoWest and is responsible for investment sourcing, execution and performance. Before joining DivcoWest in 2006, Rob was the Founder and President of Yale Properties USA, a full service, privately owned real estate investment company and joint venture partner of DivcoWest since 1994. In 2006, the major operations of Yale Properties USA were effectively merged into DivcoWest. Robert holds a Masters of Science in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT’s Center for Real Estate Development, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
