**What will you do?**
As an experienced **asset integrity specialist** , your expertise is vital in helping us protect people, assets, and the environment - making you an essential part of our mission.
With expertise on Process Safety Management and Asset Integrity, you will lead specific workstreams within a wider Process Safety Management (PSM) / Operational Risk Management (ORM) transformation program, aiming at identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions within the area of expertise. You will provide subject matter expertise and lead project teams to help clients establishing and implementing robust Risk Assessment and Process Hazard Analysis programs and, in particular, building organizational capabilities to sustain performance.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Leading client teams and driving the execution of consulting engagements in integrated Asset Integrity Management as part of a wider process safety management or transformational engagement. This includes structuring, sequencing, and leading client engagements with direct areas of responsibility including assessment and improvement of asset integrity management practices across the following scopes:
+ All sub-elements of asset integrity management e.g., quality assurance, maintenance and reliability strategy and tactics, inspection & test, repair, work management, codes and standards, competence management, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, etc.
+ All equipment classes e.g. static equipment, rotating equipment, safety instrumented functions, pipelines, electrical, etc.
+ All interfaces with other process safety management elements e.g., process hazard analysis, management of change, pre-start up safety reviews, incident investigation, etc.
+ Oversee and perform checks and analyses to develop improved asset reliability at client sites and supporting clients in developing appropriate Work Management practices to enhance the performance of Maintenance and Reliability programs
+ Effectively communicating progress and outcome to different client's stakeholders and proactively identifying issues and risks in relation to the specific delivery activities and liaise with the wider project team to evaluating potential solutions and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimise adverse impact and maximise project success.
+ Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational/maintenance leaders, facilitating decisions on asset integrity outcomes and proactively identifying issues and risks in relation to the specific delivery activities and liaise with the wider project team to evaluating potential solutions and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
+ Contributing to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies and mentoring junior colleagues and participating and contributing to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices.
**Who are you?**
You are a recognised **Subject Matter Expert in Asset Integrity** , and extensive experience applying process safety principles in operational environments.
**Your experience and expertise include:**
+ Work experience includes leadership positions in asset integrity/maintenance and reliability positions on operating industrial plants, preferably in highly hazardous/heavy manufacturing industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or metal processing.
+ Experience in developing procedures to define key system requirement, analysis, problem solving, and governance mechanisms and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of Asset Integrity Management across all sub-elements.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multidisciplinary teams and effective leadership skills to drive execution in complex environments.
+ Knowledgeable on Recognised and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) i.e. ASME, API, NACE, etc.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical will be an advantage) or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred).
+ ~12+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance or engineering.
+ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
+ Willingness to travel extensively.

- Maintain site licenses for departments and facilities.
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications issues to identify and any issues that may interrupt operations.

- Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:
- Strong in Windows OS and Office applications.
- Have experience with network technologies such as switches, routers, access points, etc.
- 4+ years of experience in the IT field with working knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical concept in non-technical terms.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and technical ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills needed. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
- Warehouse experience and warehouse IT experience is a plus.

Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
