O. Tyrone Barnett is a President / CEO at Diverse Technologies Corporation and is based in Washington d.c. Metro Area. He studied at Pepperdine between 1975 and 1976 and The Ohio State University between 1961 and 1966.

I am an energetic entrepreneur, attorney, businessman, and engineer with many years of experience in commercial and government business, management, compliance, and the law. My broad-based domestic and international experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; advising on export control matters; providing information technology/cybersecurity related compliance advice; providing ethics and government compliance advice; and designing, developing, testing, evaluating, fielding, and supporting hardware and software, including hardware and software currently flown in low earth orbit. I also have considerable experience with patent preparation and prosecution; freedom to operate opinions; non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements; software and IP licensing; the management of subcontractors, budgets, and people; proposal development; U.S. Government procurement oversight; human research compliance; blockchain; and negotiating hundreds of multi-million dollar agreements/contracts. I am an accomplished collaborative project management and engineering professional with significant experience in aerospace systems as well as oil and gas-related exploration, recovery, and process control design. I also have considerable experience with communications and tracking systems design and testing, telemetry, avionics, electrical systems design, software development, and thermal control systems design.

I have received training from the Judge Advocate General School in and have experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the American Recovery Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and its related Buy American certification provisions, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance. I am also familiar with the UK Bribery Act.

I am one of five elected executives on a board-of-directors with responsibilities over the largest municipal water authority in Texas, managing over $1 billion in assets.
