Job Title: Electromechanical Technician Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled troubleshooter who excels at keeping complex equipment running. You'll maintain, diagnose, and repair electromechanical systems on press machines-working with motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, pneumatic systems, and precision machinery. If you have a strong electrical troubleshooting foundation and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'll teach you everything you need to know about our specific equipment. What You'll Do Electrical & Control Systems Maintenance Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control systems including motors, VFDs, servo drives, relays, switches, transformers, and circuit breaker panels. Work with PLCs (ladder logic a plus), HMIs, and automated control systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical blueprints. Install, wire, and calibrate electrical components to manufacturer specifications. Sensors & Precision Systems Maintain and troubleshoot sensor systems including proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and tension control sensors. What to Expect in the Workplace Physical Demands: Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling around large press equipment. Must be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally. Work may involve reaching into press areas and confined spaces. Work Environment: Work is performed in a press room environment with exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, and varying temperatures. May involve working around moving press components and both indoor conditions.
