1949 Formed in the USA, entered the radio business Horace Hildreth Sr., the former governor of Maine, president of Bucknell University and United States ambassador to Pakistan, purchased the license for WABI-AM in Bangor, Maine USA.
Entered the TV business, launching WABI-TV. WABI-TV was the first television station in Maine signing-on January 25, 1953 and aired an analog signal on VHF channel 5.
1970 Trade Show and Publications Entered the trade show and publications businesses, acquiring FISH EXPO Boston and National Fisherman magazine.
1998 Digital Products Extended the business to digital, launching Fish eNews, an eNewsletter for the fishing industry.
2000 Australia Entered the Australia market, acquiring Australian Exhibition Services.
2009 Hong Kong Established a division in Hong Kong acquiring an equity stake in Asia Business Events.
2011 Pri-Med Grew US operations and healthcare portfolio acquiring Pri-Med and forming a new division in Boston, MA, USA.
2014 Singapore Entered the Singapore marketplace, acquiring HRM Asia.
