The Area Manager provides direct oversight to hourly employees and in some cases Supervisory support. This person ensures that standards are met; locations are fully staffed, hours and wage rates align with budgets, and continually works to develop the employees that report to them. Through evaluation of sites, and excellent communication skills, the Area Manager ensures customer satisfaction on every level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
