Temporary Network Specialist - Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI) DTSI is seeking a Temporary Network Specialist to provide Air Force Cyber System network support, sustainment, and integration services to military organizations, warfighters, and global IT customers. The project's Infrastructure Management Team will provide network monitoring, problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for various networks in support of Joint Mission Operation Centers (JMOC) and cyber systems.
Contract Duration: Ends March 17, 2026

Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours), Monday-Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 identification, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems.
Isolate and resolve problems involving applications, operating systems, or infrastructure.
Interface with cyber operators and vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages, periods of reduced performance, or any combination thereof.
Troubleshoots, configures, and maintains the integrity of network components along with implementing enhancements designed to improve reliability and performance.
Supports the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards operating procedures. Participates in special projects as required.
Integrates new technologies into new and existing legacy systems.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience of U.S. Cyber Operations activities and maintaining classified networks.
Demonstrates SME knowledge of relevant IT applications and assigned systems.
Experience utilizing Solarwinds for network monitoring, management, and customer ticketing.
DoD Security Requirements
Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification: Security+
