What Will You Be Doing?
- Attract potential homeowners by building broker relations, completing broker office/group presentations, obtaining referrals, preparing advertisements, contacting leads, and organizing special marketing events.
- Identify potential homeowners by greeting prospects, entering registration information, identifying needs, assessing interests, explaining the product and options.
- Coordinate the identification and acquisition of lot/land required for building site.
- Sell homes by following up with prospects, pointing out product advantages, representing company's interests.
- Complete and enforce Purchase Agreement by writing specifications, obtaining earnest money, following up on loan application and required documentation for loan approval.
- Meet contract requirements by following up on adjustments and corrections, coordinating information and requirements with construction manager, completing pre-construction, drywall, and pre-closing inspections.
- Develop and implement marketing plan to drive leads in supplement to corporate-driven marketing campaigns.
- Maintain rapport with homeowner by communicating progress and resolving homeowner concerns to facilitate an exceptional building experience.
- Complete home closing by fulfilling requirements, contractual obligations, and attending closing.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing company training program, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and studying competition.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Build excitement and enjoy the process of changing our homeowners' lives.
- Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
