What Will You Be Doing?
- Attract potential homeowners by building broker relations, completing broker office/group presentations, obtaining referrals, preparing advertisements, contacting leads, and organizing special marketing events.

Job Requirement
In this role as the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Increasing sales for RMC’s Water Energy chemical programs within the Metro NYC/LI and Northern NJ Territory by direct selling to current and future customers.
- Developing district sales by managing, training and supporting the district sales team.
- Communicating to the sales team and customers a complete understanding of each of RMC’s products, pricing, applications and benefits.
- Develops positive relationships by maintaining continuing contact with key customer accounts in the territory.
- Responsible for recruiting, leading and developing team members
