Use data and AI-driven tools to demonstrate operational advantages - such as improved service speed, vendor compliance, issue resolution time, and facility uptime. Quantify cost savings as a secondary benefit, reinforcing how DMG's platform reduces total spend while improving service delivery. Leverage AI to analyze historical performance data, benchmark prospective client environments, and identify areas for measurable improvement. Automate elements of proposal creation using AI-generated insights - such as dynamic coverage maps, predictive scheduling efficiency, and vendor availability modeling. Synthesize internal and external data into concise, compelling narratives that speak to both operational leaders and finance stakeholders. Build and maintain scalable proposal templates and dashboards that accelerate and improve future sales cycles. Track conversion performance, client onboarding metrics, and proposal ROI to continuously refine models and approaches. Compensation tied to successful new customer acquisition and demonstrated proposal impact. Other duties as assigned by management. What You Need: 5-8 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or operations in services industry. Strong business acumen with experience in commercial or institutional environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, education, or office space). Strong understanding of service operations, customer experience strategies, and business process improvement. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into solution propositions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. Proven ability to analyze client data and develop operationally sound and financially viable service models. Experience supporting large-scale RFPs or enterprise-level clients. Ability to travel. Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
