Dixie Rv has the greatest work culture I have ever been a part of. From the ground up, Dixie is built with excellent staff.

Every Friday the Dealership hosts a Friday Morning Meeting, that starts with fun music and leads into important information employees need. This truly gets us pumped for the day and it is something I look forward to weekly.

I love that everyone is so close. Even with 120 employees at our Hammond Dealership everyone knows each other on a first name basis.

The Friday Morning Meetings and Breakfast the 1st Friday of the Month. It's a time for the entire dealership to get together and spend time with each other.
