This is an on-site Fulfillment position in our Sterling, IL Recognition fulfillment center, specifically focus on receiving and inventory management of HALO's recognition products. This opening is for 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Primary Responsibilities * Send and receive emails with regarding to status, approvals, tracking, storage, etc on inventory, following up and following through on everything to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient inventory operations * Act as point person in answering questions regarding inventory * Ongoing review and response to company emails * Load and unload trucks as well as put away stock Secondary Responsibilities * Prepare packages and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, third party shipping system * Compare packing list to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list * Track packages, post freight to purchase orders, and process returns * Answer questions regarding shipping, freight and supplies * Work on fulfillment and kitting projects * Make bins and labels for new program merchandise * Maintain neat and orderly appearance of entire warehouse * Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks Requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes * High School diploma or GED required * 1+ years of receiving experience, previous warehouse experience and forklift license preferred * Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred * Motivated by deadline-oriented work environment * Able to work overtime when required * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted * Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts Compensation: The pay rate for this role is $15.00 per hour.
