Overdue the background checks they hire you have you coming to the Farmington Hill No the Southfield office do extremely background checks that happen over 40 years ago or something that’s not accurate that supposed to be closed if it’s closed, why did you dig so deep into other jobs didn’t so I will give this company a zero

Nothing they wait until you get there to do the background check then they open up stuff that’s supposed to be sealed by the court

Say other companies don’t dig that far back into your personal and whatever you had going on if the case is closed is closed they unprofessional they wait till you get there to pull your background check and then until you have to write this write that if you get all the information, you figure it out

I don’t because they don’t give you a chance everyone have worked. They’re always have something negative to say about that company. They do the most they won’t be in business as long.

Nothing I got there she told me I had the job. I took my ID. I filled out all the paperwork and why I’m doing that They so sneaky. She’s doing the background check any other real security companies that been a while around a long time they do the background check before you come so you won’t waste your time or there

OP manager is not supportive and isn’t truthful. NO Benefits to speak of unless you pay for them.Over all your just a body and number. You’re better off at a different security firm or another position. Why do you think there is such a High Turnover, there always looking for more bodies// employees !!

Beware: DK Security Company – A Disastrous Experience I recently had the misfortune of being associated with DK Security Company, and to put it bluntly, it was an utter nightmare from start to finish. First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room: the abysmal training provided by DK Security. It's as if they plucked their instructors straight from a bygone era, as the training was outdated, disorganized, and utterly ineffective. Rather than feeling prepared and confident, I left feeling more confused and unprepared than ever before. It's clear that DK Security doesn't prioritize investing in the professional development of their employees. Furthermore, the discriminatory practices I witnessed at DK Security were appalling. People of color were consistently treated with disdain and disrespect, subjected to unfair treatment and overlooked for opportunities within the company. It's disgraceful that in this day and age, a company still harbors such blatant biases and prejudices. But it doesn't stop there. Job security at DK Security is virtually non-existent. Employees are constantly on edge, unsure if they'll have a job tomorrow due to the company's unstable policies and lack of transparency. It's a constant source of stress and anxiety that no employee should have to endure. And let's talk about support from higher-ups – or rather, the complete lack thereof. The higher-ups at DK Security are nothing short of aloof and indifferent. They're quick to pass the buck and shirk responsibility, leaving employees stranded without guidance or assistance when they need it most. It's a classic case of a company that prioritizes profits over people, with little regard for the well-being of its workforce. In summary, DK Security is an arrogant, callous company that cares little for the individuals who make up its workforce. From the inadequate training to the discriminatory practices, lack of job security, and absence of support from higher-ups, my experience with DK Security was nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this toxic company at all costs.
