Pros of working at DKMS

It's a job. They're so bad at managing you can be terrible at your job and they won't fire you for years

Cons of working at DKMS

No room for salary or position growth. I flexible leadership. Policies managed by the German CEO as they refuse to hire a US CEO to manage the office

How would you improve DKMS's culture?

Replace every single manager. Hire a US based CEO/to run the more day to day operations. Provide (at minimum) cost of living raises annually. If there is no room for internal promotion, provide employees with opportunities to increase their skills for elsewhere. Do not force employees to come into the office when it is not needed and everyone sits in separate offices anyway

Very low for education requirnments and daily workload.

What brings you the most joy at DKMS?

Going home.
