Summary The Sr Manager Legal Billing Operations oversees and leads the Client Account Supervisors and is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Client Accounts team. This position is responsible for ensuring that staff receive the training, mentoring and coaching necessary to meet the overall business objectives of the firm. This position continually analyzes the current business processes and makes recommendations for improvement based on solid performance metrics.
